Host Home Application for the 2026 Cottontown Art Crawl

The 8th Annual Cottontown Art Crawl will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10am-4pm. The rain date will be Sunday, March 8, from Noon-5pm.*
*Please make sure you are available for both dates.

If you are interested in hosting artists–or are an artist hosting yourself–please complete this form by Friday, November 28, 2025. Hosts should be able to give your assigned artist(s) access to a restroom. Any other form of hospitality is encouraged but not required.

Hosts will be notified of their assigned artist(s) by January 15, 2026. Our primary method of communicating with you will be email, so please double check to make sure you provide an accurate email address when completing this form.

Event Footprint:
In an effort to bring the maximum amount of traffic to all our participating artists, we will not be placing any artists north of Summerville Avenue. If you live above Summerville Avenue or below Jefferson Street, please know how much we appreciate your support of the Cottontown Art Crawl. We hope you might consider volunteering to help in other ways.

Certificate of Insurance:
The Cottontown Art Crawl will list each host home as named insured on our event insurance and provide a copy to homeowner prior to the event, if desired.

Use of Logos:
The logos of the Cottontown/Bellevue Historic District and the Cottontown Art Crawl are copyrighted and are the sole property of the Cottontown/Bellevue Historic District Neighborhood Association. All rights reserved.
