2023 Cottontown Art Crawl FAQs

  • YES! This will take place promptly at 10:00am at the Main Stage across from 2222 Sumter Street

  • Designated parking lots are all marked on the map and are located at:

    • 2404 Main Street Columbia, SC 29201 (Pelican's Ice) 

    • 1427 Elmwood Ave Columbia SC 29201 (Elmwood Church of God) 

    • 1430 Confederate Ave Columbia SC 29201 (SC Commission for the Blind) 

    • Corner of 2500 Main and 1215 West Confederate Ave Columbia SC 

    All of these parking lots are FREE You can also park in any open street parking in and around the neighborhood!

  • The map can be found here, and printed copies will be available at the Info/Merchandise station located on the 2200 block of Sumter Street and in map holders positioned throughout the neighborhood.

  • Yes! Many wonderful neighborhood restaurants will be open AND there will be 5 local food trucks at the event. See map for all dining options!

  • Yes! Porta Potties will be located throughout the neighborhood, including 2 ADA accessible porta potties.

  • Handicapped parking is available at Sherwin Williams at 2300 Sumter Street. The entire 2200 block of Sumter is also very accessible for people with disabilities.

  • This will vary based on artist discretion. Having multiple payment methods with you will be ideal!

  • This depends on how much of it you choose to do, but we definitely advise you to wear comfy shoes!!

  • Yes, the event is pet friendly for friendly pets. If your pet handles large crowds with ease and is leashed, then they are welcome. We do ask that you be respectful and clean up after your pets. Please come prepared with bags to pick up any works of art they might leave behind.

  • Yes, and if you want to ride your bike to the event and walk, there will be bike valet parking at 2144 Sumter Street as well as a Blue Bike pickup station!

  • NO! THE ENTIRE EVENT IS FREE!
