**please note: The Cottontown Art Crawl is scheduled for Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10am to 4pm.

The rain date will be Sunday March 9th, 2025 from 12pm to 5pm. Please make sure you are available for both dates before applying.

All artists who wish to participate (including previous CAC participants and artists who reside in Cottontown) must complete the application by the deadline, November 15th, 2024.

Artists will be notified of this acceptance into the event around December 31st, 2024 and given their assigned locations by January 31st, 2025.

Our primary method of communication with you will be e-mail, please double check the email address is accurate when completing this form. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Remember all items you offer for sale must be created by YOU!

This year introduces a $10 non-refundable application fee to help cover the cost of the registration platform and other expenses. Email cottontowncrawl@gmail.com with questions about the fee or if this fee is completely prohibitive for you. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance to the Art Crawl.
