Artist Application for the 2027 Cottontown Art Crawl

All artists who wish to participate (including previous CAC participants and artists who reside in Cottontown) must complete the application (including payment) by Friday, October 16, 2026.

The 9th Annual Cottontown Art Crawl will take place on Saturday, March 6, 2027 from 10am-4pm. The rain date will be Sunday, March 7, from Noon-5pm.*
*Please make sure you are available for both dates.

This year marks some exciting new changes for the Art Crawl. To enhance the quality and experience of the event, artist participation will be juried and the number of exhibition spaces will be limited to 160 participants.  Our goal is to create a thoughtfully curated showcase featuring exceptional fine art and fine craft, highlighting originality, craftsmanship, and artistic excellence. We invite painters, sculptors, photographers, printmakers, ceramic artists, fiber artists, jewelers, woodworkers, glass artists, mixed-media artists, and other fine craft artisans to apply.

Artists will be notified of their acceptance into the event by November 2, 2026 and will be notified of their assigned locations in January 2027. Our primary method of communicating with you will be email, so please double check to make sure you provide an accurate email address when completing this form. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Event Footprint:
Artists will be placed on streets or private property within the rough boundaries of Main Street, Anthony Avenue, Bull Street and Jefferson Street. We reserve the right to adjust these boundaries as circumstances warrant.

Application Fee:
There is a $25.99 non-refundable application fee. Your application will not be considered complete without payment of the fee by October 16, 2026. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Use of Logos:
The logos of the Cottontown/Bellevue Historic District and the Cottontown Art Crawl are copyrighted and are the sole property of the Cottontown/Bellevue Historic District Neighborhood Association. All rights reserved.
