Artist Application for the 2026 Cottontown Art Crawl
All artists who wish to participate (including previous CAC participants and artists who reside in Cottontown) must complete the application by Friday, November 14, 2025.
The 8th Annual Cottontown Art Crawl will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10am-4pm. The rain date will be Sunday, March 8, from Noon-5pm.*
*Please make sure you are available for both dates.
Artists will be notified of their acceptance into the event around December 31, 2025 and will be notified of their assigned locations by January 31, 2026. Our primary method of communicating with you will be email, so please double check to make sure you provide an accurate email address when completing this form. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
All items you offer for sale must be created by YOU! Contact cottontowncrawl@gmail.com with questions.

Event Footprint:
Artists will be placed on streets or private property within the rough boundaries of Main Street, Summerville Avenue, Bull Street and Jefferson Street. We reserve the right to adjust these boundaries as circumstances warrant.
Application Fee:
There is a $15.99 non-refundable application fee. If this fee is a barrier to your participation, please reach out to us at cottontowncrawl@gmail.com. Your application will not be considered complete without payment of the fee by November 14, 2025. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Use of Logos:
The logos of the Cottontown/Bellevue Historic District and the Cottontown Art Crawl are copyrighted and are the sole property of the Cottontown/Bellevue Historic District Neighborhood Association. All rights reserved. These logos may not be used without express permission of the Cottontown/Bellevue Historic District Neighborhood Association.
